Quality starts with the raw material

Our quality policy sets the framework for how we develop, manufacture and distribute products. It aligns the needs of our customers and partners with clear requirements for safety, documentation and continuous improvement.

Every product group has its own requirements

Which rules apply depends on what a product is and what it is intended for.

From raw material to released product

Six stages, from the first requirement to feedback from the market.

  1. Stage 1 of 6 Defining requirements

It starts with requirements for the raw materials, the product concept and the relevant product category.

  2. Stage 2 of 6 Evaluating suppliers and raw materials

The suitability of suppliers and materials is reviewed against defined requirements. We work with qualified partners in this process.

  3. Stage 3 of 6 Documenting processing

Processing steps under our responsibility and the relevant procedures are documented in a traceable way.

  4. Stage 4 of 6 Product-specific testing

Testing is based on the requirements of the specific product. Which analyses are planned depends, among other things, on the type of product and the material.

  5. Stage 5 of 6 Release and labelling

Before a product is made available, the required documents and the intended labelling are taken into account in the relevant process.

  6. Stage 6 of 6 Traceability and feedback

Documented information and feedback help to develop products and processes further.

Evidence with a clear scope

Evidence is a useful guide when it is clear what it applies to. That is why we assign approved documents to the relevant company, product area and document version.
